As you see, she is right next to Sero, the Pet NPC. You can check in the map to see where she is.
The prices are to be honest a bit expensive espeically when they are in pieces. But, collect some ely, and you will grab one piece in no time!
The pieces i would recommended are:
One-piece with cloak ( for both genders) ! Because these are pretty cute :3 . I used to wore this in my first latale character, from level 40-110. And to be honest, i have no regret at all.
Rubashka/ Sarafan + Peaked hat + clogs. I haven't try these set out on my own experiance, however, I saw some people wore it few times. And it was abosolutely kawaii !!

Rouge is a pretty good choice if you want to hide dem ugly bindi ! After all, I really don't want to look like a freak with a spot in the middle of my forehead...
BUT JUST SO YOU KNOW, they only work well on these normal hairs:
cute pony tail, tied back hair , bright waves, twice tied back and pony tail hair ( for girls). The rest will make you look like having chicken pox qq!
For boys, these normal hair will make you look like chicken pox if you wear that face deco,
Shararax pony hair, Flame hair , Flame pony hair.
Rubber shoes, ahh, my favourite shoes I used to wore in
my old OLDDD first character. And to tell you this, I really enjoyed spent my time with it.

For males, I wouldn't recommend you guys with these 1 pieces in Elias ( the vest or
nabdhxd or however you spell it). But if that's your style,

Chipao Shoes. They look neat and will match with red clothes.
Also, Yong is in favor of the traditional red style, so they sell
Chipao one piece, if you really like Chinese style, you should considering buying that piece.
Yet, as history of China is filled with kunfu and martial arts, so they also offer
kunfu set, blue one, will match with blue phopho ribbon! BLU BLU BLU !
